Our restaurant’s private dining areas are perfect for business meetings, rehearsal dinners and reunions ranging in size from two people to 80. We offer a variety of seating arrangements to suit any occasion and both private rooms are equipped with flat screen televisions and WIFI to accommodate your party’s audio/visual needs. We charge a modest room fee for both rooms dependent on the size of the party.

Over the past 18 years our restaurant has been one of the premier destinations for weddings, receptions, rehearsal dinners, fundraisers and large group meetings. Our versatile private rooms play a large part in why Sullivan’s has become the destination for private events. The Oxford Room can accommodate up to 24 people and the Palmetto Room can accommodate up to 60 people, while our Mezzanine can accommodate up to 100 people. The Palmetto Room and Mezzanine can be rented together if the group requires more space. If you want the maximum amount of privacy and space, you can book the entire restaurant for a sit down dinner that can easily accommodate 300 people. If you choose to hold a “standing reception” with hor d’oeuvres, our restaurant can hold even more people for your event.

Our Palmetto Room is on the second floor of the restaurant and can be accessed by our stairs or elevator. Over the years, the Palmetto Room has been the setting for hundreds of private dining events, and people from the upstate area and beyond continue to use it on a regular basis.

Our Oxford Room downstairs is available for smaller parties or meetings of up to 20 people. The Oxford Room, installed in late 2012, is an extension of Sullivan’s ambiance and provides the perfect setting for intimate family functions or professional meetings.

The Mezzanine overlooks the first floor dining room and can be rented in conjunction with the Palmetto Room if additional seating is needed for your private dining experience..

On any given night at Sullivan’s, we can offer 15 to 20 different dessert choices, but our overall selection is much larger. Our desserts have become an integral part of our cuisine because of our diverse selection and unrivaled quality. From cheesecakes and layer cakes to our signature Peanut Butter Pie and Key Lime Pie, our desserts are the perfect way to end a meal.

We understand that food and drink does not make an event complete. We can assist you with all the ancillary services for your event, including but not limited to: floral arrangements, photography, entertainment, menu cards, specialty cakes, audio/visual equipment and any related rentals. If we don’t have what the client needs in house, we will rent any necessary equipment on the client’s behalf in order to give them the best possible experience. In the past, we have rented everything from additional tables to glassware in order to make a client’s vision become a reality.
9% tax and 20% gratuity will be added to the food and beverage totals.
In order to confirm the date we require a non-refundable deposit that will be applied to the final bill. Guarantees and confirmations on both arrival times and guest number are required seven days prior to the event. Even the smallest change to a large event can have a ripple effect on the entire experience so it is vital that we are informed of any last minute change to the number of guests or time of arrival; we will make every effort to accommodate such changes. We charge for the number of guaranteed guests unless the actual number of guests exceeds the original amount. Full payment is due on the day of the event by cash, check, Master Card, Visa, Discover or American Express.
