The best part of a spring weekend is wedding bells in the air. Here at Sullivan’s, we are able to spend our weekends serving guests in the restaurant and bringing our love of food to weddings around the upstate.
While you may only see us bartending and catering the event itself, we spend weeks preparing to be part of such important days. After meeting with a bride and tasting our menu, we coordinate the timeline of the event, the intended mood of cocktail hour, and all of the little details in between. Our back of house team prepares recipes and sources ingredients, and our front of house team meticulously ensures that each wedding will have all of the tools needed for the perfect night.
Each and every wedding catered by Sullivan’s is complete with a mobile kitchen. By preparing and cooking food on site, we are able to ensure that every guest receives fresh, hot food. Our goal is to make sure that the first guest to eat and the last guest to eat have the same dining experience.
We love offering a wide variety of food and bar options. From southern classics, like smoked gouda mac and cheese and shrimp and grits, to elevated hors d’oeuvres, like our bacon wrapped quail and smoked salmon croquettes, we can create a menu to fit every occasion. One of our favorite wedding touches is offering a signature cocktail for cocktail hour that pairs with the night’s appetizers.
