In October of 2022, Sullivan’s Metropolitan Grill launched their first seasonal menu! This menu featured our Sullivan’s Staples and the first set of Sullivan’s Seasonal dishes. These seasonal dishes were created to bring forward autumn and winter flavors and showcased a new opportunity to share our love for food with our guests.
Sullivan’s founder, Bill Nickas, says, “The goal of our seasonal menu is to bring fresh, new food to our guests while keeping the comfort of our long standing favorite dishes.”
After 6 months of testing new recipes and learning guest’s feedback on our seasonal menu, we are beyond excited to launch our spring and summer menu on April 17th, 2023! Created by chef Vincent Rivera and Bill Nickas, this menu is going to bring back some of our favorite Sullivan’s Staples while featuring new appetizers and entrees. Keeping in line with the warmer weather, this menu will feature plenty of fresh vegetables, local seafood, and bright herbal flavors.
April 17th is also going to be the first day of our Spring Cocktail menu! Our bartenders kept the focus on refreshing, fruit forward, cocktails that are going to pair wonderfully with our new menu. These drinks are sure to become a seasonal favorite!
